Eriez Technologies was started in 2003 by James A. Pike, PhD, PE. He offers over
35 years of engineering experience in a variety of industries and markets including
space, aircraft, rail, ground transportation, nuclear, renewable energy and general
industrial.
He has held engineering and senior management positions at Rockwell
International, United Technologies and Lord Corporation. His specialties include
engineering processes, product development, mechanical design and analytical
methods, innovative product concepts, vibration and motion control, thermal
management, elastomeric products and software development.
The ET Team is based in Erie, Pennsylvania supporting customers worldwide with
state-of-the-art computer hardware and engineering software. Team members
provide service either from the ET offices or directly at customer sites with ET
supplied supporting hardware and software.
ET team members have an average experience level of over 15 years in mechanical
systems, analytical modeling, design and general engineering.
ET has readily available sources for environmental and mechanical testing,
prototyping and sample parts.
ET has affiliations with several universities including Penn State, Carnegie
Mellon, Case Western Reserve University, Rochester Institute of Technology,
Gannon University and others.
